Unauthorised Use

Unauthorized commercial use of the Closership® trademark may constitute trademark infringement under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293), as amended. Where applicable and as determined by the courts, trademark infringement may result in civil and criminal liability, including:

  • Injunctions
  • Damages
  • Seizure and destruction of infringing goods
  • Fines of up to ₱2,000,000
